About Lonwabo
As aforementioned, I am a psychology graduate with a Bacbelors Degree. I have been tutoring students for 2 years now in Life Sciences/ Biology, Business Studies and Mathematical Literacy.
All of my sessions are student centered.
The student tells me what the challenging topics and/ or chapters are and I do my best to explain it to them in a way that is relatable to the student.
My teaching style though only works if and when the student is willing to engage because that is where I get structure and that's how students actually benefit.

My teaching method varies from student to student as no two students are the same. Even the same student may not study different subjects the same way so, whatever works for the learner.
Flashcards and mind maps have helped in my tutoring sessions, they are visual aids that I used quite often because the work doesn't seem so overwhelming to the student when a Chapter can be summarized in a simple mind map.
