About Izzy
am a final year International Baccalaureate student with offers from multiple universities, including Cambridge, to study Veterinary Medicine. I am predicted the top grade 7 in Standard Level maths (equivalent to AS Level) . I achieved grade 9 in all sciences and maths at GCSE as well as an A (top grade) in the FSMQ additional maths qualification. I have experience teaching in primary schools and being an academic mentor for other students.

It's important to base the sessions around the students desired outcomes. For mathematics, I usually start by working through explanations of specific content and then I find it particularly useful to work through a variety of questions with the student; I find this is the best way to build confidence and consolidate knowledge. This session style is adapted from the feedback I have received in the past, and I am always adapting and optimising it based on new feedback!
