About Meghan
I am a math teacher with 13 years experience in grades 5th - 10th. I also have 3 daughters of my own. They are 10, 14, and 22. They are very strong math students and math is their favorite subject. The majority of the students I have taught walk into my tutoring/classroom and math is their least favorite subject. I'm the type of teacher that makes it my purpose to make sure when you walk out of my tutoring that math may not be your favorite, but it won't be your least favorite and you might even enjoy it!!

Math is my forte. I make it a point to show the logic and fun behind why math works and their is ALWAYS an answer. Their are so many technological resources to utilize in math. Student based learning is the key and technology is the way to make the students of this generation appreciate and possibly/hopefully enjoy what their learning. Using PBIS and technology I have seen so many AH-HA moments I have no way to keep count. Math is FUN!

Great as a student in my class. I was very proud to learn she became a teacher. Then she came to work at my school. Wow! Then I saw what a great tracher and co-worker she was. You can't go wrong with this caring and dedicated teacher as a tutor.
I highly recommend this teacher. She was great with my child. Was able to get more out if him than most teachers. Sometimes it is nice when a teacher has positive feedback instead of negative. Some children respond better to finding the good in them and recognizing it! Took the time to find what worked and rolled with it! Had a great year!
