I strongly believe in personal development. It is the first key everyone who is serious about making a difference in the world need to cultivate. It puts you way ahead of your contemporary. Understanding how to also manage stress as you live everyday facing your life activities is very key to have a lasting life span. So many people die not because they were attacked by someone but simply because they over stressed themselves and never allowed their body system rest for some time to reset the immune system. Most sickness are been propelled by our carelessness to our health.
Learning how to manage day to day conflict also is key for anyone who really want to live a peaceful life in this world.
