My varsity experience was not as great as everyone's becuase there were years where I went through the most and still had to keep up with the marks. I have tutored before for the past 3 years. I tutored in a group. All my lessons are started through a brief description of the topic before getting into it so that everyone has a basic understanding of what they dealing is. Once that is done, we start getting into it by attempting questions as a group first then eventually each person does attempts another question alone. This has generally worked for my students in the past as students have found that it is easier to first do it with the tutor before attempting it on their own. I am a generally patient person a I understand people are not the same. Some people grasp things faster than others which is normal and so I teach in a way that is best for everyone
