About Becca
I am a British-American, TEFL qualified English tutor, who has always had a knack for language. I have travelled a lot, as it is one of my favourite things to do, and come across many different cultures and languages. I am professional but also friendly, and hopefully you will feel at ease and comfortable as my student. Maybe you can also tell me about your culture and language, as I am curious and love to learn. I am warm and patient, and no question is too "silly" for me. I have acquired many transferable skills from my time working in health and social care as well, so would describe myself as approachable, and a people person. I also have an International Baccalaureate qualification in English Literature from an International Sixth Form college

-I have a relaxed yet focused teaching style. I am good at motivating students and helping them stay on task, yet create an atmosphere where learning can be fun
-Can teach for half an hour to 45 minutes
-I have an Advanced 150 hour TEFL course certificate, plus 20 hours of How To Teach Grammar. I also have an International Baccalaureate qualification in English Literature
-I have a background in health and social care, and have therefore worked with all ages, all across the life span. Although I will be mainly tutoring adults, I welcome students of all ages
