About Alex
I am a TEFL trained English teacher with experience teaching a range of different ages and language levels. I specialise in 1:1 and small group sessions to help individuals improve their English conversation and pronunciation.
I have a Physiotherapy work background and have taught at university level and worked clinically for many years, so I can help you with your medical English – perfect for nurses, doctor’s and allied health staff and students who want to improve English related to their profession.
I enjoy teaching and learning languages – I am currently studying Czech (intermediate level), which can be helpful for Czech students learning English.

I am happy to provide a range of lesson styles from simple conversational practice, structured language learning lessons, listening and pronunciation practice using video-links and even homework to assist with self-learning!
