About Noor
Hello and welcome! My name is Noor and I am from the UK. I have been teaching English for four years and I am super passionate about language learning. I speak English, Arabic, Korean and I am currently learning Zulu! I have taught English in schools in South Korea for three years so I have an open-minded view of the world and love learning about different cultures and meeting new people. My hobbies include travelling, attending concerts, reading and cooking. I want to get to know my students on a more personal level so we can share mutual interests and I can tailor lessons to fit each individual.

I am TEFL certified with four years of English teaching experience abroad in South Korea and online. I am well equipped for various learning abilities and styles so I can teach all levels from beginners to advanced for adults. My lessons are typically 50 mins where I mostly coach rather than lecture. I like to get to know my students' interests, goals and styles so we can create plans that will guide them to success. I like to focus on all skills in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening) but lessons will be adjusted based on students' needs. I like to be creative with my lessons and include different types of media such as articles and videos in order to bring real-life context to our lessons, which will better prepare the students conversation-wise.
