I have extensive professional experience in national and multinational companies such as IBM, AT & T, XEROX and EMBRATEL. I have had experience with an entrepreneur in a multimedia production company and a digital marketing agency. Experiences as a participant and leadership in global projects with multi-functional professionals from the most varied ethnicities and cultures. I try to use a more practical methodology that provides the development of the reasoning, and active participation within the learning process. I follow big thinking heads, such as Elon Musk and Neil Patel. I develop individual ability by exploring strengths, and exercising empathy and humility to deal with weaknesses.
