As a student I always had to suffer many problems regarding the tuitions and also I didnot get proper guidance but I want that each and every student must get knowledge according to his interest. Not only academics but a student should use his /her knowledge to become more innovative. Today is the time when you should be multitasking. In my approach I always try to teach students according to his interests. I always try to find where he/ she is lacking and then work on it. I start from the most basic form and then take it to the advanced level so that each and every thing is covered. I am open to the the feedback of students because it's the students only who are learning . So a teacher should always be open and welcoming to the students feedback.
