About Antonio
I am Antonio! Ciao!
I am 32 and started trained in the gym when I was 15.
I started underweight and to build strength for the game of basketball.
I have experienced various phases of training from bodybuilding to strength training to calisthenic.
I have developed my style of training and philosophy that promotes muscle stimulation with intense short training.
A bell curve were we will reach higher stimulus and weight fewer times away from failure, but optimizing muscle growth.
I am an aerospace engineer by day and I have applied my engineering mentality in intrinsic part of my program.
