After IT job I'm teacher now in a school and a freelancer too. So, yes I tutored before and now also. This is best part when parents are coming to me to say 'you made my son/daughter to think more which attracts them to study more with love.' and after this kind of feedback when students get good marks in my subjects, I feel satisfied and happy.
Apart from teaching subjects I think being friendly and doing experiment practically make me a great teacher.
