About Maria
I am currently studying Nursing in college and want to progress further with an apprenticeship in an hospital. I studied my alevels with 3 subjects maths biology and chemistry, I found it very difficult grasp into the content of each subject however this is why I want other children to experience having to be taught with a better understanding which would boost their confidence on how they feel about the subject and what they are capable as I was also in this position not long ago.

I’m in First year of my nursing coarse in collegs. I have worked in both a tuition centre for group teaching, and also do 1-1 tutoring. My students find that my informal approach makes them feel at ease and I aim to improve students' confidence. I aim to deliver information in a way that is fun, engaging and easy to understand, whether that be friendly competitions or real life uses of what is being learnt. I hope to create a comfortable space for students where they can express their difficulties and confusions without a worry of being judged.
