About Tyler
Hello! My name is Tyler, and I am a licensed mental health professional, a musical theater educator, and math fanatic! If I didn't work in the fields I do now, I would teach math at the middle school or high school level. Since I was in my undergraduate program, I have spent time tutoring students in math at various levels. I continue to tutor students in math that I currently work with in various capacities, and look forward to working with you!

My professional philosophy is centered around meeting students where they are, and filling any learning gaps possible. To start a lesson, after understanding what topics need more assistance, I will assess what background knowledge you have and need to be successful in this topic, and build up to our goals! I have experience tutoring middle school and high school students in math, through Algebra 2, and am comfortable with pre-calculus curriculums.
