About Sophie
Teaching Irish Sign Language is a passion of mine. I have been interacting with deaf people for my whole life growing up in a deaf family. I have first hand training in the language, and have picked up on proper techniques, slang and body language used when communicating through Irish Sign Language. It’s important to have an inclusive society, and Irish Sign Language is one way of making your community more welcoming.

If you’re looking to learn Irish Sign Language you’ve come to the right place. With over 16 years of being taught the language by a deaf person, I can help you learn too.
Classes range from 30 to 60 minutes, with a tutorial based, repetition style of learning. I cover all the basics of Irish Sign Language, equipping you with the skills to communicate with the deaf people in your community.
