About Lucy
I enjoy teaching because I enjoy watching someone learn something new that they didn't understand previously and watching all the pieces fall into place. This is also enjoyable as I am able to see students grow in confidence and enjoy learning. I do like to have a nice chat and talk about books I've read and would recommend as well as nice movies I've watched which brings about a good laugh as learning should involve some fun in my opinion.

I use a very hands on approach to teaching by identifying struggles in my tutees and giving them skills to be able to tackle these. Typical lesson length will be an hour as I have adequate experience effectively working with children in this amount of time. My lessons will be ideal for those between the ages of 6 and 14.
