I know how hard it is to learn a new concept with teachers who don't engage their students. To truly master a concept, you must build upon your educational background in a way that the process of learning become one of discovery.
I've tutored learners at a wide range of levels, and from this I've learned how to use my learners' prior knowledge to make new concepts feel more natural. Effective tutoring requires a balance between instruction and helping learners work through problems independently, which I hope to maintain throughout sessions to make the most effective use of time.
