About Annalaura
I am a university student, I am studying to become a teacher of primary school and kindergarten. For several years I have been supporting students in classroom and outside school with individualized paths for recovery of attention, help in understanding their method to study and I gave English lessons to both the children of the kindergarten to girls and boys of higher school grades, with personalized courses decided according to the scholastic program, pre-skills owned and requests of the student and family.

My methodology is based on mutual trust, I try to avoid the frontal lesson, base my classes on more colloquial methods, always starting from pre-knowledge of the student. I help myself with worksheets to verify the real understanding, flashcards graduated according to the difficulty of the class, often I leave worksheets that the student has to do by their own, I invite the student to do independently, to check the next time the effectiveness of the class. The principle on which I rely is that the success of the student is also my success, the failure is also the failure of both and it should be seen as a starting point for change the methodology.
