Teaching is not only for students. Students teach teachers about new things. Things like different cultures and practices in their country. My approach to teaching is all about the student's needs. What the student wants to achieve. My students participate in what they want and I draw up lesson plans to fit their needs. My classes are fun, but in an ordered way. Students enjoy classes so much they don't realize they're learning.
