I am basically using play way method,interaction,demonstration,role play and many more like confidence building,public speaking,Personality development,confidence building in children,helping kids to over come stage fear,Teaching through phonic skills,helping them understand the concept by do and learn,and taking out fear of failure and also ready to face the challenges.
