I believe in always understanding the student and their abilities first. I have had the pleasure of working with students of all different abilities and strengths, so i will always approach each subject from a place of strength and encouragement to let each student know they can achieve anything they put their mind to and try their best in. I believe in encouragement as an everyday tool for each student and also helping students to uniquely begin to identify their strengths as well as consistently working with core techniques in each subject to improve in the areas they wish to get better in
