About Jasmeen
I am a passionate mathematics student placed in the top set for GCSE maths, guaranteed with grades 7,8 and 9s. I have a strong dedication to helping children build their confidence and skills in maths too.
Over the past few years, I have enjoyed tutoring my younger cousins, making complicated topics simple and fun to understand. I have also participated in national Maths Challenges for three consecutive years, which has strengthened both my problem-solving ability and love for the subject.
My lessons are friendly, patient, and tailored to the needs of each student, whether they need help preparing for exams, understanding new topics, or simply boosting their confidence. I believe that with the right guidance and encouragement, every student can succeed in maths!

I offer friendly and personalised maths tutoring for primary school students, focusing on building strong foundational skills in a fun and engaging way.
Every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to fit each child’s needs, pace, and confidence level.
I aim to create a supportive environment where mistakes are seen as a positive part of learning. I am dedicated, patient, and passionate about helping young learners unlock their full potential in maths.
We will start from basics to gradually doing harder and more advanced questions. I will prepare my lesson after talking with you and your expectations and wants, then, I will prepare a worksheet which we will go over together using the method: I do, We do, You do. This will help build the students confidence to try the questions instead of avoiding them.
With this method the student will not feel pressured and scared while attempting the questions as they will know how to do it and why they need to do that step. This will help them apply their knowledge on harder and more advanced questions in the future!
