About Dawid
My name is Dawie van Jaarsveldt, I obtained my BEd Degree from UNISA in 2009, I already started my teaching career in my second year as a student. I have more than 15 years of experience teaching Mathematics Grade 4 to Grade 9 and Life Sciences Grade 10 to 12. I am very passionate about these two subjects and will walk the extra mile to ensure that I assist any student or learner to excel in them. I am friendly, easy to talk to, very helpful and extremely neat in my work. I have enabled students with below average results to pass with distinctions at the end of their schooling career.

My lessons are learner centered, a typical lesson will start with what the learner knows about the topic at hand. When discovered what exactly it is the learner already knows, I will explain and walk the lesson/topic through with the learner, step by step. Like to leave the learners to try first and then help. I can teach in Afrikaans and English. Relaxed and focused lessons. Focusing on learners who really struggle to those that just need that small extra assistance or motivation to help them succeed.
