About Karim
I’m a Chef since 42 years and cook Italian cuisine.I have also a FB cooking page and made to seasons 18 & 19 on satellite TV by cooking Easy Italian for oriental viewers .I speak and write in Italian ,English and Arabic. My passion is cooking and music , although I spend most of my life in a kitchen.I can also teach the Economical way of cooking by having in a fridge only few products. My hobby is only music and have a private radio show called Ciao Ciao Italia .im still an active DJ today where I mix food and music together in my show.
