About Tanvi
I'm Tanvi Shah, B.E. Computer with 2 years of experience in IT industry. I always had interest in fitness and then I decided to start new journey into the world of Yoga. I'm now a certified Yoga instructor specialized in Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Kids Yoga. Conducting various sessions of General Yoga, Ante Natal Yoga, Prenatal (Pregnancy) Yoga, Post Natal Yoga and Kids Yoga. I've 2 years experience in conducting Yoga sessions.

I teach traditional style yoga along with hatha and ashtanga yoga. My sessions are usually a combination of asanas, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra practices. Asanas and pranayamas are basic to advanced level. Meditations and yoga nidra are guided ones.
