Hello! I can't wait to be your tutor. I love helping out other students - I tutor science at a middle school every week, am the president of my school's math tutoring club, and created a science tutoring club. I've also been certified to teach math and SAT/ACT prep in Schoolhouse. My years of experience and my tutoring methods which focus on understanding concepts make me a very effective tutor. I believe Dimitris is a trustworthy teacher and would highly recommend him to Superprof. In class, he never fails to give useful explanations to concepts we do not understand in class. He is also of exceptional character, as his optimistic and inquisitive personality empowers others in the classroom.

These three words are the fundamental principles of Dimitris’ tutoring career. He can employ his immense subject knowledge to teach at any skill level-from the mere beginners to those looking to add depth to their advanced knowledge. Dimitris does not stop until he believes understanding has been achieved, guiding his students with a calm, gentle and patient demeanor.Dimitris has a very good tenure of being in advanced math. Additionally he is the president of the math honor society and consistently scores 5 on all AP exams. He knows his material and is able to break it down in a way that everyone can understand.
I've known Dimitris for most of my life and would say he is an amazing an experienced tutor. He has been participating in Sci-teach (a science tutoring club) as well as Mu Alpha Theta (an esteemed math tutoring club) for most of his schooling career. Currently he is president of Mu Alpha Theta as well as a prominent member of Sci-teach and our nationally recognized Quiz Bowl team where he placed 10th in the world last year. Dimitris is able to bring fun into learning with his quick-witted and bright personality. Dimitris would make an amazing and competent tutor who I would recommend to anyone looking for one.
Dimitris is very enthusiastic about the topics that he teaches. He expresses a complex understanding of knowledge in the field of mathematics. He is able to convey main ideas very well and keep his listeners’ attention.
