About Jeff
I know how crucial it is for young students to feel safe, supported, and encouraged in their learning environment because I for one have been in their footsteps a few years ago. I establish a safe, orderly environment where kids can ask questions, make mistakes, and develop at their own speed. I've worked with kids of all skill levels and learning preferences, and I modify every lesson to meet the needs of each child. My classes are dynamic, captivating, and intended to establish solid foundations in important subjects, particularly early Maths.

I’ll first ask the students what they understand about the topic, then I will reinforce their knowledge and teach them the basic concepts until they can solve example questions themselves. After that I will give them a set of practice questions to do that I will mark and go through with them explaining their mistakes. The length of lesson is flexible, minimum 30 minutes to maximum 2 hours. I have taught primary school children basic mathematics as a teaching assistant at my old school. These lessons are for primary school children 5-11 years old, preparing for their SATs or 11+.
