About Sunuut
I am a university student in South Africa who's living with anxiety. Due to financial constraints, I never attended therapy. Thus, the practice of mindfulness and meditation has been my go-to remedy. It has been a lifesaver for me for the last 4 years. I have attended mindfulness lessons, workshops, and read books. I do not want to gate-keep all this to myself, which is why I am starting this class.

In our lessons, we will dive deeper into mindfulness & meditation. We will look at its significance on our lives and why you should start practicing mindfulness. We will have meditation sessions and employ mindfulness techniques and strategies to help one deal with anxiety, stress, and develop self-awareness and control.
