I am a personal & professional development coach with over 15 years experience in the study, practice, and teaching of personal development. I combine eastern philosophical principles with western-style coaching methodologies to create a whole-person approach to your development.

My teaching methodology uses a step-by-step approach to identifying your growth edges. We first identify behaviours and traits you want to emobody. We then look for behaviours that run counter to these, and the unquestioned assumptions that drive them.
By putting these assumptions to the test in real-world scenarios you will modify them and begin to release yourself from their grip. It may also start to build the more complex mental structures that take you to your vertical development goals.
