About Nathan
Hi, I’m Nathan! I am a PhD candidate in molecular biology and a First class Biomedical Science graduate from the University of Sheffield, having achieved grade A in biology GCSE and A level.
I am highly enthusiastic about Biology, and hope to make my support accessible to all regardless of budget, helping to both tutor and mentor students. Sessions can be planned and altered according to your pace/preferences and how you best engage with learning! I am also happy to provide support on examination technique and other related questions. I have experience in group teaching, as well as having undergone a year of work placement in an international pharmaceutical company. Lessons are online and tailored around your needs, striving to improve students outcomes by at least 2 grades within 12 weeks. Whether you need help understanding tricky concepts, tackling past papers, or building confidence, I’ll adapt each session to suit your learning style (e.g. visual/written/verbal) and goals. I like to create an active but low pressure environment, making tutoring both engaging and effective! My skills are suitable for any students studying at KS3, GCSEs, A-levels, or even undergraduates, also being adaptable for different exam boards.
