About Cédric
I teach Tai Chi since 2016 and Tai Chi Illumination especially since April 2017.
Tai Chi illumination is ideal for those who wish to live their lives differently: it allows you to recharge your batteries, to strengthen yourself, and to get to know your own energy and body much better. At the same time, you establish a connection to the vital energy source and harmonize the relationship to others.
It helps you to transform yourself and make yourself the "creators of your own life".

Having practiced Tai Chi for many years, I propose Tai Chi Illumination sessions to introduce you to Qi Gong and Tai Chi movements, an effective tool for the harmonization of body and mind. My practice also includes an understanding of the energies around us and the ability to act on them, making us active participants in the world. The focus in my classes is above all on the relaxation of the body and the mind, in order to be able to feel the energies (the chi) as quickly as possible - usually from the first lesson.

Perfect! Ces personnes sont vraiment chaleureuses et accueillantes, des couples qui sont à l'écoute des autres. Je les recommande vivement, car ma première rencontre avec le tai-chi et le feng shui n'aurait pas pu être mieux, grâce à des personnes qui m'ont mis à l'aise. Un immense merci de tout cœur à Cédric, Virginie et son assistant qui m'a également beaucoup aidé.
