I graduated with a Bachelor in Secondary Education with Specialization in teaching Filipino/Tagalog. With 13 years of experience in teaching, I firmly believe that I am an expert in this field and my knowledge is more than enough to help you learn and discover the beauty and uniqueness of the Tagalog language and its culture.

About the lesson

Engaging, interactive, friendly, fun, personalized lessons and materials that will cater to your needs in learning will be used. For beginners, we will start from fundamental lessons to help you expand and gradually learn Tagalog pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. The student learns basic structures of very simple but truly essential sentences in Tagalog, which serve as the foundation for deeper learning of the said language. Learning these structures opens the door for a better understanding of the way Filipinos speak to one another from day to day. For intermediate learners, different exercises and activities will be given to enhance and sharpen conversational skills, enriched vocabulary, and grammar. The teacher will help the student to learn Tagalog easily through speaking. For advanced learners, writing skills will be developed. Lessons with deeper understanding about the language and culture will be used. I also welcome any learner who wants to request customized lessons and topics at their convenience. I studied teaching with specialization in teaching my native language Filipino/Tagalog. I believe I am an expert with what I want to teach and would love to share this with other people.
