About Nitesh
I am an International ATU coach, Taekwondo National Master Instructor, National Referee, National/International Player, Black Belt Kukkiwon South Korea, Member of Korean Cultural Centre, New Delhi, India and Member of Youth Hostel of India. I have 12 years of experience in teaching self-defense and fitness to students.

My teaching method is to initially make aware students about the art that is taekwondo and also teach them about the importance of being fit by learning various techniques which will not only help to live a healthy lifestyle but also will be helpful for self defence.
