About Ryanna
I am a 20-year-old aspiring product designer, who is hardworking, efficient, and passionate about teaching people. I love taking up new challenges to enhance my prospects and developing my skill set. I am fluent in three languages -English, Hindi, and German and am an avid reader, writer, and love public speaking. I put my heart and soul into each new project. I have been a gold medalist in academics and a confident public speaker having anchored 15+ events with an audience of over 6000 people. Having worked with AIESEC in Pune previously and being the Content Head of my college, I have developed an ardent desire to work as an English professor to gain more knowledge, experience and learn from my students something as well.

I believe in a symbiotic method of learning where I learn from students and they learn from me. A friendly and relatable approach while maintaining the decorum of a class is what I offer to my students. Learning can be very interesting if the proper methods are used.
I follow a structural approach by planning my classes beforehand where the student and the teacher; both have a little homework to finish.
A balance between written and spoken English is what I aspire to make my students excel at. An audio-linguistic approach also goes hand in hand. These classes are intended for primary and middle school children.
I can help college students and adults with their spoken English skills as well where classes are mainly focused on an audio linguistic approach.
