About Aime
With 11 years of experience teaching ESL, I have guided 150-200 high school and college students in improving their English skills. Teaching English is more than a career for me—it is an opportunity to inspire confidence, empower students, and open doors to new academic and professional opportunities.
I believe that learning English should be practical, interactive, and enjoyable. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and combine real-life examples, discussions, and exercises that develop speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. I also emphasise confidence-building and effective communication, ensuring students feel capable of expressing themselves in any context.
Some of the milestones I cherish include students delivering their first presentations in English, improving exam scores, and gaining the confidence to participate actively in discussions. Witnessing their growth motivates me to continually refine my teaching methods and find creative ways to make lessons impactful.
I aim to provide a positive, encouraging, and motivating learning environment where students feel inspired to ask questions, explore, and achieve their goals. Teaching ESL is my passion, and I am dedicated to helping students develop both language skills and lifelong confidence.

My teaching methodology is practical, student-centred, and interactive. I use real-life examples and case studies to show students how English is used in everyday life, school, and professional situations. Lessons are designed to be meaningful, ensuring learners can communicate confidently and naturally.
I emphasise motivation, encouraging students to stay curious, set realistic goals, and celebrate progress. I also focus on problem-solving, guiding learners to overcome challenges in speaking, writing, reading, and listening through practical exercises and clear strategies.
Integrity is central to my approach. I provide honest feedback, foster trust, and maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment. I also practise flexibility, adapting lessons to each student’s pace, interests, and learning style.
Besides ESL, I teach related subjects such as communication skills, study strategies, and cultural awareness. My aim is to help students become confident, independent, and practical English users ready for real-life situations.
