About Megan
I am a Head of English and remedial teacher with an English degree awarded with distinction, and I work with students across a range of abilities. I support learners who need extra help, as well as those who want to strengthen their reading, writing, and exam skills.
I love teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping others grow and succeed. I believe every learner is capable, and that confidence comes from having someone who supports them, believes in them, and cheers them on. My aim is to help students feel confident in their abilities and supported throughout their learning journey.
I am known for my supportive and enthusiastic teaching style, and I adapt each lesson to suit the student’s pace, needs, and goals. English can feel overwhelming at times, especially when it comes to writing and assessments, so I focus on making lessons clear, manageable, and engaging while building strong foundations and confidence.

My approach to teaching is supportive, enthusiastic, and practical. I aim to help students feel confident in English while building strong reading and writing skills that they can use in class and in exams. As a remedial specialist, I tailor each lesson to the individual student, focusing on their specific goals, challenges, and learning style.
I teach in English, and my lessons are structured but relaxed and engaging. In a typical lesson, you can expect clear explanations, guided practice, and detailed feedback.
