About Kaji (Kajajini)
Hi, I’m Kaji, a university student currently studying BA Business Management.
Alongside my studies, I have experience working with children and supporting younger students. I’ve previously worked in schools and summer programmes, including supporting children with additional needs, which has helped me become patient, understanding and adaptable when working with different students.
I enjoy helping students feel more confident in their learning, especially those who may feel overwhelmed or unsure of themselves. I understand that school can sometimes feel stressful, so I always aim to create a calm and supportive environment.
I’m friendly, reliable and easy to talk to, and I make lessons feel comfortable and manageable rather than pressured. I also understand how busy and overwhelming school can feel, so I keep lessons simple, focused and realistic.

My lessons are calm, supportive and tailored to each student’s needs. I break work into simple steps to help students feel less overwhelmed and more confident. I also have experience supporting children who need extra help, and I focus on improving reading, writing and understanding in a comfortable, non-judgemental environment where students feel confident asking questions.
I aim to make learning feel less stressful and more achievable, even on days when motivation is low.
