We focus on gentle Hatha and flowing Vinyasa styles, adapting every single pose to match your comfort and flexibility level. A typical session includes calming breathing exercises, mindful stretching to release body tension, and a deeply relaxing meditation at the end. You don't need to be flexible to start—just bring yourself!
