About Betsy
With over 14 years of teaching experience, I am a dedicated Piano tutor for School students, College learners, and working professionals. I enjoy helping students discover the joy of music while developing their piano skills and confidence.
My teaching approach is flexible and student-centred. I adapt lessons according to each student’s learning style, pace, and goals. I focus on technique, rhythm control, coordination, and musical expression. I encourage consistent practice and provide support to overcome challenges.
I teach piano fundamentals, classical techniques, popular piano styles, chord progressions, scales, and improvisation. I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, and performance preparation.
A strength of my teaching is my clear explanations and motivating approach. I provide encouragement and feedback to help students become confident and independent piano players.
