About Nathan
My name is Nathan Helm, I am Computer Science Student studying computer science in the faculty of Arts. Outside of college work, I am working intensively on my Unity game, “Come To Life” which has well over a hundred individual hand written C# files. I also have strong experience in Unity’s JSON Utility and have advanced knowledge of Unity’s core features and API. Outside of computer science, I am a keen person with experience as in camp counselling and peer mentoring. My past duties include supervising and building a community for students, assisting in coding and athletics, and hosting a positive and safe environment for young students. I hope as a tutor, I can provide a unique and exciting experience for students.

My approach has always been to transform complex knowledge into something that is more palpable for the student. A typical lesson plan usually involves helping student in what they struggle in education, and later going beyond you schools education and focusing on new subjects. My lessons are for middle to high school student who are struggling in computer programming, or students who want to learn or get ahead in computer science.
