Having two specializations,I always incorporate the skills in teaching ELA together with Social Studies. Most especially in writing skill such as explanatory or an analytical writing as well as technical writing. I teach my students to follow the rules in technical or academic writing in English and applied it in Social studies concerning the topics of issues and trends and histories or political aspects.
