About Michael
Hello, my name is Michael and I am currently studying to become a chartered financial analyst (CFA). I have an education in Economics and Statistics, and would love to share what I've learned with any high school or middle school student who is eager to learn. I specialize in subjects such as math, economics, finance and investing. My teaching can be supplemental to a course or focused on a subject of interest for my student. I believe that there is a lack of personal finance education in the school system and would love to share my knowledge in that area.

For math lessons, I specialize in high school level subjects such as Calculus, Algebra, and Statistics. I am happy to teach younger levels of math as well.
For economics and finance, I can provide a college level education based on the classes I took at UVA and through my CFA studies. I am happy to teach all ages, in a variety of different subjects from basic personal finance to econometrics.
My career interest is in stock analysis/investing. I am happy to teach the fundamentals of stock and bond investing.
My teaching sessions will involve introducing new material through a short presentation, followed by example problems I will lead my student through. Finally, I will provide a short comprehensive quiz covering the new material. My exact methods will very based on the level of my student.
