About Nathan
I am a student at the University of Pennsylvania double majoring in Mathematical Economics and Computer Science with a minor in English. I have been working as a private tutor for many years, and I specialize in math and SAT/college preparation. Outside of private tutoring, I have also worked as a course developer for ThinkerAnalytix, HarvardX, and Harvard's Department of Philosophy. I helped to develop course curriculum and databases of various interactive practice problems.

I have extensive experience tutoring English, Math, and SAT prep. Having worked with all age groups, from elementary to high school students, I know how to cater to a students individual needs. After a consultation meeting, I will likely recommend course material to go over together with the student. A typical session will involve direct instruction followed by hands-on problem solving. However, with higher level subjects, I will likely assign the problems as homework and review them during the tutoring session (so as to maximize our use of time during the tutoring session.).
