I AM A SIXTH FORM STUDENT AT SAINT OLAVE'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL, CURRENTLY STUDYING A-LEVELS IN MATHS, FURTHER MATHS, PHYSICS, AND DT, ALONG WITH COMPUTER SCIENCE AS-LEVEL. I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT ENGINEERING AND AS SUCH CONSTANTLY GET INVOLVED IN ROBOTICS COMPETITIONS. I ENJOY DESIGNING AND BUILDING SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS IN AN ELEGANT AND MODERN WAY.

MY TEACHING METHOD IS FRIENDLY AND PRODUCTIVE. I AM PATIENT SO I WILL GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED. MY LESSONS WILL HAVE A STRUCTURED APPROACH TO THEM SO THAT YOU CAN GET THE MOST OUT OF THEM. EACH LESSON WILL BUILD ON PREVIOUS LESSONS WHICH WILL REALLY HELP YOU IMPROVE.
I BASE MY CLASSES ON A RANGE OF TECHNIQUES AND METHODS AND TRY AND ENCOURAGE PROBLEM SOLVING, WHICH WILL MAKE THE LESSONS FUN. I EXPECT MY STUDENTS TO BE HARDWORKING AND WILLING TO LEARN.
I AM ABLE TO GIVE LESSONS FOR STUDENTS BETWEEN KS2 AND GCSE, IN MOST SUBJECTS BUT MAINLY FOCUSING ON MATHS AND SCIENCE.

Neil is a fantastic teacher. What really stood out was how he could personalise and tailor learning strategies to bring the absolute best out of me. This is not to mention the depth of his expertise and how he was able to simplify and impeccably explain some of the hardest topics on the course. His friendly approach really made this one of my favourite learning environments.
