About Desarah
I am a secondary school student offering english tuition lessons. With a predicted grade of an A* in GCSE English Literature and English Language, I am strongly willing to help pupils with their reading, writing, spelling and grammar and aspire to share my knowledge with other pupils and help them with anything they may be struggling with. With a predicted GCSE maths grade of an A, I also offer maths tuition and am open to tutoring primary school students year's 1 through 6.

My teaching method begins by covering the content to clarify with the student what they may be finding challenging. Once having explained and gone through the topic, I will give the student a range of questions to complete on their own and be there for any support if they find any questions difficult. If they find a question challenging we will go through it together. Once understood, I will give them a couple independent questions to complete in order to check that it is making sense to them. To conclude our lesson, we will go over everything we have learnt and feedback to the student whether they need a couple more lessons on the topic or if they have understood the topic very well. For 10-15 minutes of the next lesson we will cover the previous topic to make sure they still remember what has been taught. I am also willing to give the student some homework if that is something they are comfortable with and believe this will benefit them further.
