About Maya
I know the stress and the pressure in school more than enough, but I would like to help you to banish these two things from everyday school life. I'm Maya and I'm doing my high school diploma myself with bilingual education.
This means that languages play a particularly important role in my everyday school life. Especially English as I am studying both geography and history in English. I'm also taking the Cambridge Certificate course.
In general, I am incredibly fascinated by languages because they open doors to new friendships and cultures.
Among other things, I am very organized and focused, and I want to contribute to your development and improvement through a relaxed atmosphere while learning!

Dear students!
Since I'm still in the middle of my graduation myself, I'm familiar with the subject matter and the stress and pressure at school. In my lessons, I would like to try out new learning techniques with you and practice with you individually for work and tests.
It is particularly important to me to create a pleasant learning atmosphere and respond to your personality and learning styles. After all, not everyone can immediately remember everything by stubborn memorization!
I like to start my class by setting a goal for the class to stay focused. In the end, there is a reflection to be able to identify problems or focal points for the following lessons.
I also try to explain the material as closely as possible to everyday life or to practice with you. This means that many current topics will play a role so that the added value for your general knowledge is as high as possible.
My target group is elementary school students and all lower school students, i.e. 5-10.
