About Yousra
Hello,
I am a student at Grenoble School of Management (GEM) and I am following the English Track course where all courses are taught in English. I was enrolled in this course after a very rigorous selection.
During two years, i've been a student in preparatory classes for business schools in Pierre-de-Fermat Lycée in Toulouse. During the competitive exam, I obtained a 17.5 / 20 in the writing exam in English and 18/20 in the oral one. For Arabic (which is my mother tongue) I got a 17/20 in the writing exam and a 16.5 / 20 in the oral one. I got my baccalaureate degree in mathematics option in 2016 with honors. I got a 19.5 / 20 in English and an 18/20 in Arabic.
I took courses taught by American and English teachers in the American Language Center of Fez for 3 years, which allowed me to improve my level in English and acquire a good accent.
Reading books and watching movies exclusively in English or in Arabic (and without subtitles!) has also allowed me to have an excellent level in these languages.
I have always enjoyed helping my classmates, my friends or even my little sister when they encounter certain difficulties in subjects in which I have a fluency, such as English or Arabic.

I offer support for middle school students, high school students and students in preparatory classes (CPGE) for regular monitoring or for specific interventions.
The course depends on the level of the student and the points he wants to clarify. I give great importance to communication within my courses. I try hard to target the problems that the student encounters in the subject in question, by answering for example all of his questions, possibly prepared in advance of the session.
I will also be able to review with the student his exams and homework assignments in order to efficiently target his most frequent mistakes that will have to be eradicated later.
I then discuss with the student many important points, then I offer him many tips that can be useful while giving him applications and concrete examples.
My methodology consists in first acquiring a good and deep understanding of the different aspects of the course (grammar or translation for example) and at the same time providing the student a rich vocabulary that he can reuse in his writings or communication.
Talking in English or Arabic with the student will help them develop their speaking and listening skills, as well as correct their accent.
At the end of a session, I make sure that several objectives are fulfilled:
* Help the student master his course while bringing concrete examples and useful applications.
* Help the student understand his mistakes, which will cause him to stop committing them in the future.
* Present methods and tips that the student can use and reuse in multiple situations
* Suggest the student movies, TV shows, books and magazines in the desired language in order to perfect his level and learn the language and civilization in a fun way (and not theoretically only.)
This methodology has paid off from my experiences, the understanding of the course, targeting errors and understanding them helps the students improve their level very quickly.
