About Hannah
I want to teach because I really enjoy helping others understand things and feel more confident. It’s such a great feeling when someone has that “lightbulb” moment, and I love being part of that. I’ve always liked explaining things to friends or younger family members, and it’s made me realise how much I enjoy sharing what I know—especially in subjects like maths, physics and DT. I think learning should feel fun and rewarding, and I’d love to help younger students see it that way too.

My goal is to make each lesson fun, engaging, and suited to the child’s age and learning style. I’d start each session with a quick warm-up to get them thinking and ease into the topic. For younger kids, I’d use games, colourful visuals, and hands-on activities—like using building blocks for counting or simple experiments to explore basic physics. With older students, I’d bring in more real-world problems, creative projects, and practical tasks, like designing a small structure or exploring how forces work through mini challenges. I want every lesson to feel encouraging, interactive, and enjoyable, so the student leaves feeling confident and curious to learn more.
