About Laiba
I am very passionate about Maths and Science subjects, which are often made to appear more difficult and unapproachable than they really are. I want to make it easier to understand these scary subjects, and help people that may be struggling with them feel more comfortable studying them, and perhaps even develop a passion for them themselves. I know from personal experience that the way these subjects are taught impacts the attitudes people have towards them in the future, and I hope to steer these attitudes towards a more positive and appreciative direction.

Everyone learns differently, and I aim to personalise my sessions to your individual needs and interests. I try different approaches until the concepts click, and provide lots of practice and examples to further cement the ideas. I aim to teach students to think about problems in a structured and logical manner that sticks with them, which can be applied to other problems and fields they encounter. Feedback, support, and constantly shifting my way of teaching so that it suits students better is very important to me as well.
