Organic chemistry is often seen as an insurmountable and difficult subject by students. This is explained by the lack of consolidation of the bases which are more important than we think. So I always check the students' level of understanding for the subject. I work by question because my goal is first to guide the student to make him find the solution by himself and thus, gradually give him a feeling of independence and self-confidence for the rest of his course.
